Longroad Energy is broadening our executive leadership team to capitalize on one of the most compelling growth environments in our ten-year history. The enhancements position Longroad for our next phase of growth as we deepen our development pipeline, expand our execution cadence, and advance our AI/data center opportunities.
“Longroad’s growth trajectory has been powered by the dedication and expertise of an exceptional team,” said Paul Gaynor, CEO of Longroad Energy. “We’ve had a great run so far: growing our operating portfolio to 5.8 GW and constructing 1.7 GW of projects so far in 2026 – a reflection of market momentum and Longroad’s high-performance platform. A broader executive team positions us to capture more value from a market that rewards scale, speed, and operational excellence, while building the leadership foundation for the next phase of our operational maturity.”

- Chief Executive Officer – Paul Gaynor
- President & Chief Financial Officer – Pete Keel

The Executive Leadership Team reflects the depth of Longroad’s home-grown talent who have been instrumental in our success, and the evolution of an organization beyond a founder structure. The expanded team includes a combination of promotions and evolved roles:

“By the end of this decade, we intend to grow Longroad into a 15 GW independent power producer,” said Pete Keel, President and CFO of Longroad Energy. “Our 36 GW development and storage pipeline, additional 10 GW data center pipeline, deep stakeholder relationships, and proven execution capabilities provide a strong foundation for that growth. Most of all, it will be our incredible team of Longroaders who make it happen. I’m honored to take on the role of President and CFO at such an exciting moment. We’ve built an exceptional company over the past decade, and I believe our greatest opportunities lie ahead.”
